Verónica Pérez García

Verónica Pérez has a law degree from the University of Deusto, and an LL.M. degree in Law and Legal Practice from the Bar Association of Vizcaya and the University of Deusto. She holds a diploma in Urban Planning and Management.
Rocío has practised law since 2001.
She specializes in property law and construction, and has worked primarily in these two areas since 1999, both in public law (urban planning, public contracting, expropriations, asset liability…) and private law (contracts, liability for the various stakeholders involved in construction, civil law, leases...)
